Featured Mentoring Q&As
Sometimes I get wrapped up in what I am doing and then get frustrated that I wasted time. Would you suggest setting a timer for tasks? Do you think that would be more stressful or helpful? I love your advice about monotasking and creating a weekly time budget to plan and take responsibility for how I use my time. However, sometimes I am unable to stick to my budget or otherwise do not stick to it (i.e. a task takes longer than I have budgeted for it). What do you suggest I do? I get so nervous when I am singing in front of other people. I think I fear being criticized and fear being embarrassed. How can I overcome this? How can I effectively change negative thoughts? There's one that is always there. It distracts me. That thought is not productive. How do you manage your time effectively? View All Mentoring Q&As-
