Morality...the ability to see things as they would see you. One ought to guard themselves with morals, without them, you become open game, and easy prey. If I have to kill you, I can still remain pleasant about it. I guess.

Without morals, one is defenceless, open game, and easy prey. Too many and one becomes imprisoned. A healthy balance can lead to only one thing, security. Morals are a security, both from oneself and others around you.

Morality ought to be based on your well being, that and the effects you could have on others around you, especially if they mean allot to you. That could mean more or less morals, depending upon a desired mutual outcome. We don't always get them right though, so by applying more morals is not as risky than applying less and becoming easy prey for those who without warning apply none.

Morals, in the end either you apply them in order to protect you, or you are not aware as to why you need protection. People who do not apply enough of them, find out sooner or later, who becomes easy prey, in the long run.
