Re: Does God's intelligence rest on a physical platform?

Matter most definitely did not exist prior to what some refer to as being God, God not being a person place or thing.

God is not the Reality of First Cause; God is the Creator of the Reality of First Cause, the Reality of First Cause being born of an affect, a state or condition; The Reality of First Cause being the First Singularity to have a dual quality, to have relative, numerical Value.

Prior to the Creation of the Reality of First Cause, the Reality of Everything existed as a Steady State of Singularity, a State or Condition in which an Untold Number of Individual infinitely finite indivisible Singularities existed; each alone in the Emptiness of it own personal World of Reality, its own personal celestial sphere, none being relative to another, the Motion of each being meaningless, without displacement, without angular momentum, without velocity of speed and direction; the meaningless motion of a Singularity alone in the Emptiness of Time and space best understood to be Motionless Motion, Boundlessness, Randomness of Motion, Absolute Freedom of Motion; No Singularity, none having an effect, an influence upon or being influenced by another, each an Individuality, each having no relative, numerical, value.

The Reality of First Cause being the First Singularity , to have relative, numerical, value, to have an influence, an effect, ushering in the relativity of Time and Space; the Reality of First Cause being a mutation, an alchemical Transfiguration of a Singularity having no relative, numerical, value into a singularity of Greater Value, having a dual quality

Prior to the Creation of the Reality of First Cause the existence of the Universe, the Reality of Everything as we know it to be, was impossibility.

After the Creation of the Reality of First Cause, the existence of the Universe, the Reality of Everything as we know it to be became a probability, was bound to happen.

Hi Wayne.

Why does there have to be a first cause?
Is it not also possible to have an eternal universe
Perhaps the idea of first cause is a hangover from our Judeo/Chrisian cultural past.

Regards, John.

Because, Prior the Creation of the Reality of First Cause there was only Darkness upon the Deep, the Reality of First Cause being the First Thing to come to Light; The Reality of First Cause issuing forth as the First Singularity to have Relative, Numerical, value, being the first, the beginning of a series, a Continuum, such as Space-Time, the Beginning of a Process such as the Evolutionary Process.

NoThing existed prior to the Creation of the Reality of First Cause, Time and Space not being Relative, NoThing was readily apparent, NoThing was measurable as to location and momentum in Time an d Space, Space-Time, the Space-Time Continuum, the Four-Dimensional Continuum, the Three Dimensional World of Reality, the Universe, the Reality of Everything, the Material, the Physical World of Reality, as we know it to be did not exist, Nothing had come to Light; The Reality of First Cause getting the Ball Rolling.

Because the Reality of First Cause, although itself not being of any part of ordinary process, a series of Events, continuum, being without cause, issued forth as a Singularity having a dual quality, having relative, numerical, value, the Reality of First Cause being an Alchemical Transfiguration; The Reality of First Cause being born of an Affect, a State or Condition; the Origin, the Source of the Reality of First Cause being the Steady State of Singularity.

The Origin, the Source of the Reality of Everything had no Beginning, The Steady State of Singularity being Everlasting, Eternal, the Steady State of Singularity not being subject to the Relativity of Time and Space, Time and Space; NoThing becoming Relative until the Creation, the Random Generation, the Alchemical Transfiguration of a Singularity having no relative, numerical, value into the Reality of First Cause, the Reality of First Cause having a dual quality being the First Singularity to have relative, numerical, value.

The belief that the Universe, the Reality of Everything is made up of a Single Thing
is Ancient, eons older that Judaism, Christianity, Islam.

The Reality of Everything has an Origin; the Source of the Reality of Everything being Eternal, Everlasting, not being subject to the relativity of Time and Space, existed prior to the Creation of the Reality of First Cause, the Beginning of the Heaven and the Earth, the Universe of Reality as we know it to be.

Quantity, Mass is not Everlasting, Mass being the result of a Quantity of Individual Infinitely Finite Indivisible Singularities clumping together, resulting in a plurality, Two or more Singularities acting as the Whole of a Single Reality, is ever-changing.

A Plurality, a quantity, a Mass, of Individual Infinitely Finite Indivisible Singularities acting as the Whole of a Single Reality being divisible, not being everlasting, not being a True Singularity.

A True Singularity must be Eternal, Everlasting in order to exist, must exist alone in the Emptiness of Time and Space, must have no relative, numerical value, must not be capable of having influence or being influenced, must not be subject to the Relativity of Time and Space, must not exist as part of a Series, Continuum, Process, a Quantity, a Mass, as the Beginning or the End, the First of the Last, Must exist alone in the Everlasting, Eternal Emptiness of Time and Space, Must exist without Cause.

The Reality of First Cause prior to its Alchemical Transfiguration was One of an untold number of Individual Infinitely Finite Indivisible Singularities, True, Singularities that made up the Steady State of Singularity in which the Reality of Everything existed with NoThing having Relative, Numerical value, carrying any weight, having substance, there being no known Quantity, Mass, NoThing being readily apparent, NoThing being measurable as to location and or momentum in either Time or Space, The Relativity of Time and Space, Space-Time being the result of the Alchemical Transfiguration of the Reality of First Cause.

The Reality of Everything prior to the Moment of the Creation, the Random Generation, the Alchemical Transfiguration of One of an untold number of True Singularities, having no relative, numerical, value-->O that made up the Steady State of Singularity, the Mutation of a True Singularity resulting in a Singularity having Relative, numerical Value, the Reality of First Cause being the Beginning of a process, a Continuum, Space-Time the Evolutionary Process, The Reality of First Cause having a Dual Quality, being the First in a Series, the beginning of a Continuum, the Process, know as Cause and Effect.

Zero, O, the Nothingness, the untold number of True Singularizes that made up the Reality of Everything Prior to its Alchemical Transfiguration, before it became a Singularity having the Relative, Numerical Value of One, the Reality of First Cause, the First, the beginning, the Starting Point of the Reality of EveryThing; The Reality of First Cause starting the ball rolling.

A True Singularity having a numerical value of O; the Reality of First Cause being a Singularity having a numerical Value of 1, The Reality of Everything having a numerical value of (n).

The Eternal Reality of Everything having the Relative, Numerical, Value of; O/1(n)

My post has nothing to do with the Theory of the Big Bang.

The Universe, the Reality of Everything being born of a Single Thing is another Story.

I did not create the concept that the Universe, the Reality of Everything began with a Singularity, said belief being Thousands of years old.

I see the Theory of the Big Bang and the Theory of an Expanding Universe as being Hog Wash.

Wooden Shoe, Wooden Shoe, your handle should be Wooden Nickel.

I answered your questions.
Just because you have no understanding of what I said, does not mean that I said nothing.

No doubt if you capable of understood what I said you would not have had to ask the question in the First Place.

Step up, be man, be specific as to what I said that has no meaning.

My post is not a religious sermon, I never mentioned God.

In Fact I am an Atheist, I do not believe in any God that can be spoken of, meaning that can be Named.

I do believe that the Universe, the Reality of Everything has an Origin, a Source; that Something existed prior to the Moment of Creation, although it not being a person, place or thing.

The Theorist that created the Theory of the Big Bang not attempting to explain, having any knowledge of what a Singularity is or is not, nor what it was that existed prior to the Moment of Creation.

Wooden Shoe, you are the one that is out in left field, you being nothing more than Space-Cadet.

Oh, I have slipped the surly bounds of earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth
Of sun-split clouds -- and done a thousand things
You have not dreamed of -- wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hovering there,
I've chased the shouting wind along and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long delirious, burning blue
I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace
Where never lark or even eagle flew.
And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand and touched the face of God."

Hey John,
I followed it pretty well up to;

Because, Prior the Creation of the Reality of First Cause there was only Darkness upon the Deep, the Reality of First Cause being the First Thing to come to Light

But then he used the word "Singularity", from there on out it was pretty tough for me to make sense out of most of it. I could see a few things that seemed to come together, but "singularities", "quantum" realities, and "relativity" are 3 absurd concepts demonizing Science and philosophy with distraction from reality. They should have never been cast upon the mountain of Science nor famous in the realm of philosophy. Sorry, Wayne. I tried..

What existed before God Created the Heavens and the Earth?

NoThing! Other than God, God existing alone in the Emptiness prior to the Moment of Creation.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

God would have to be an Individuality, an Indivisible Singularity.

Singularity;

1. extraordinary; remarkable; exceptional: a singular success.
2. unusual or strange; odd; different: singular behavior.
3. being the only one of its kind; distinctive; unique: a singular example.
4. separate; individual.
5. Gram. noting or pertaining to a member of the category of number found in many languages that indicates that a word form has one referent or denotes one person, place, thing, or instance, as English boy and thing, which are singular nouns, or goes, a singular form of the verb go. Cf. dual (def. 4), plural (def. 4).
6. Logic.
a. of or pertaining to something individual, specific, or not general.
b. (of a proposition) containing no quantifiers, as “Socrates was mortal.”
7. Math.
a. of or pertaining to a linear transformation from a vector space to itself that is not one-to-one.
b. of or pertaining to a matrix having a determinant equal to zero.

Individuality

1. the particular character, or aggregate of qualities, that distinguishes one person or thing from others; sole and personal nature: a person of marked individuality.
2. individualities, individual characteristics.
3. a person or thing of individual or distinctive character.
4. state or quality of being individual; existence as a distinct individual.
5. the interests of the individual as distinguished from the interests of the community.
6. Archaic. state or quality of being indivisible or inseparable.
