I would like to see you think of one single reason that only has one answer. That is within the reality of this matter.

What you pose is an impossible question, the end never justifies the means, but the means never justify the end either. It is a question that you cannot answer simply because it varies. No matter how much you know of it, you will only be taking one side of the matter, and others will take the other....

You might want to give it a thought, if a required vote is really a good idea. It may cause people to vote and inform themselves, but will they inform themselves enough?
