Killing someone to save your own life

Is it immoral to kill someone to save your own life?

For example, if I would die unless I got a heart transplant, would it be immoral to kill someone for their heart?

It seems like it wouldn't, but isn't it basically the same thing as defense?

Socrates famously said that the only thing we can know is that we know nothing.

Can we truly know anything? Do we really know nothing?

If we do know something, how can we be sure that we aren't mistaken?

Is abortion murder?

Abortion is a very divisive issue. It pushes people to extreme and decisive viewpoints. I'm still on the fence.
