Hey Coony, I know how you feel (particularly in the love category). For you guys who say to just be cheerful, it's kinda hard to be happy when your hopes and dreams have been crushed. You guys've probably experienced this, but you're not in that sort of mood. But, from one broken person to another, ...

Is that better, Invictus? I believe in things similar to those religions, but not the specific religions themselves. -__-

The Medieval Times were dominateed by the Church, everything revolved around the church. What you ate, where you slept, and what you did on a day to day basis. And what did it get us..A plague and 1000 years of recession of learning. If it wasn't for the Turks taking Constantinople, God only know how much longer it wouldve lasted. As soon as some freethinkers came along...we get the Renaissance.

And more people have died doing some stupid **** for "God" than anything else...ever

The Bible is an unrealiable, made up, unhistorical, and full of exxagurations and simply impossible things!

Very true! ^^ At least, in my opinion. oO And to Invictus_88: Why is it that you say I don't understand what I say I believe in? I must have at least some understanding of such things if I have an opinion about them or belief of them. oO

Hehe, and some people wonder why I want humans to go extinct. ^_^ Anyways, I agree with you, Sushil!. However, I'm not so sure that it's science's fault; science can be used for good; but how humans have used science (bombs, guns, polluting heaps of metal [a.k.a. cars)! That's what's evil about it. ...

(quote not shown) But, nowadays, even a good person's existence is destructive toward the Earth. And when can one be deemed "good"? If that "good" person where to be given the choice of his/her own death towards the death of another, under such circumstances, he/she could possibl...

Well, it depends on the severity of the revenge, or the action that has caused your want to revenge. I think if someone says,'' I'll help you right after I'm done with this [insert random action]." but never helps you, it's perfectly fine to reject any pleads for help in similarly serious (mean...

In my opinion, an action is defined as moral or immoral by society. If you never lived with human contact, and, say, lived in the wild, and had to kill things to survive, then you'd probably be just fine with that. The same cannot be said for one who lived in, say, the suburbs. If the suburbian kill...

Extinction of Humans

September 8th, 2008, 11:35 pm

To be honest...I want humans to die out. Not die in horrifically terrible ways, no, that would be mean, but simply go extinct. Why is it that one species should live, a species that is so dangerous and selfish that they put the entire world in danger? Why should humans, one species, exist when they ...

I guess you can say that I think an afterlife is unlikely, but, as I said, I'd want the afterlife to be of one's choosing. What WILL happen and what you WANT to happen are two totally different things. As to how I concluded this, I merely thought about what I think death would be like and what I'd w...

I agree with the people that say you cease to exist, though this is hard to comprehend; can you imagine absolute nothing? No feelings, emotions or thoughts? Not a single thing going through your mind? That is what I believe death will be like. However, how I'd want the afterlife to be an individual'...
