Equality in group discussions
I find it hard to believe that anyone knows everything. We can only know what we have learned. Does anyone know something that they haven't learned yet?

But if the question is: "Can we know something before learning it?", I would say the question is not specific enough. Think about unplanned discoveries, especially in empirical science. People can suddenly discover a natural process or event before even thinking about it. Then, they start "learning" about it. But if you mean knowing something without ever experiencing it, then I think that cannot be possible. Maybe only instinctive reactions fall under that category.
