At the present state of humanity, I agree with you, expected improvements are easier said than done.LuckyR wrote:You are correct that as a marketing tool, the citizenry will gravitate to the virtuous sounding TV ad. However, I can tell you that what technique a "zero percent tolerance" hospital (or any other system) uses to accomplish their goal can either improve or worsen their ability to accomplish that goal. In other words, just expending energy does not necessarily lead towards forward progress.
Elsewhere I have wrote, my proposals include increasing the overall average competence of humanity, in terms of intelligence, morality, ethics, wisdom, spiritual, specific skills and whatever is relevant.
For example, if the average morality quotient of humanity is 100 then we have to increase to say 150, otherwise it will be status quo. If the average IQ at present is 100, then we expect it to jump significantly to 130 in the near future.
I am optimistic these quantum leaps are possible based on the current trend of the exponential expansion of knowledge [especially neuroscience] within humanity.
My proposals also include control measures to ensure it is a trend [rising graph] of net-positive improvements.
