I believe spiritual freedom (a.k.a. self-discipline) manifests as bravery, confidence, grace, honesty, love, and inner peace.

basically my view, i'd just worry about cloning in government agencies, rebel groups, it just scares me, the possibilityLao Tzu wrote:it is not cloning which can or cannot be ethical but what is done with the clones. Cloning would be unethical if the clones are used for organ transplant, but it would be ethical if people see the clones as equals and let them grow up in peace.
i mean the conditioning people go through now is nauseating, i'd hate to see what people could do to clones

This might sound funny, but that makes me think of the clone army in Star Wars.synapticattack wrote:basically my view, i'd just worry about cloning in government agencies, rebel groups, it just scares me, the possibilityLao Tzu wrote:it is not cloning which can or cannot be ethical but what is done with the clones. Sorry Scott but I agree with this guy remeber what Napolean did to the puppies in Animal Farm? He raised them outside of society in an elite environment and trained them to kill all members of society who didnt yield to Napolean himselfsynapticattack wrote:it happensScott wrote:that makes me think of the clone army in Star Wars.

The problem with this argument is that there is no soul. There is no scientific evidence for a soul. We have no suitable evidence to believe is a soul, aside from the fact that we are alive, which, in and of itself can be opposed. By me . There is no evidence for us having a soul, although there is evidence which is heavily supported is that we are an animal with specific functions. We are not alive, but are a robot with specific functions, and Dolly's dullness in her eye is just a function of her. She is an animal, I am an animal and I not alive whatsoever. I am conditioned to be limited to making these posts in this way as I have no other choice from my conditioning and development. It will have the psyche of just another animal. The only sense in which something can be alive is to move, be reactive to the extent of a self aware mesh of muscle's liking (Like our liking). This is because we are the only objects yet to classify things.anarchyisbliss wrote:no becasue when a living organism is cloned, the material cells are repulated, but the soul is not, the new organism will be brn without a psyche if you have ver seen the picture of the cloned sheep Dolly you will notice a distinct bland deadness in her eyes, she is a drone not a "living" creature except in the biological sense.
