Re: Principles that govern life as a whol
If one buys into your first two (somewhere between unproven and illogical) sentences, then one can then buy your fourth sentence and perhaps come to your conclusion.Josefina1110 wrote:If a man only lives according to the principles that God ordained to govern life, he will be able to be whole and healthy. If he violates them he will be sick both in his body and soul. Someone has said, "He who formed our frame, made man a perfect whole; and made the body's health depends upon his soul. It follows that man should believe the one supreme creator who knows our every part: heart, body, and soul. Is it valid to say that the body and soul are two sides of the same coin?

Scott, I emailed you directly regarding my posts on Philosophy forum but it came back undeliverable. So may I say it here that I found most of my posts on Spam. I was glad I checked on them and made a comment about "chapter 1" which probably is disapproved as I haven't seen it yet. This may not be posted but i could not contact you other than this forum. I don't know what is your opinion. But at least I think you will be able to read this.

To believe the principals of God we must first believe in the word of man as it is was man who claimed to hear the word of God. Thus we must always rely on second hand information from questionable sources, to err is human. If a man only lives according to the principles that God ordained to govern life, he will be able to be whole and healthy. If he violates them he will be sick both in his body and soul. Someone has said, "He who formed our frame, made man a perfect whole; and made the body's health depends upon his soul.
