That's good. Now, can you explain how I was being intolerant of Youngfool? Here is where he came into the topic.Nubbles wrote:Intolerance of things people are partial to, as long as that partiality does not affect others, is a disagreeable thing to do in my opinion.enegue wrote: Yes, that's right. You have shown partiality in this issue and you need to explain your reasons.

I didn't say you were being intolerant of Youngfool. I said intolerance of partiality to that which does not affect anyone is disagreeable.enegue wrote:That's good. In my responses to him, I confined my comments to HIS words. I didn't vent my spleen on a whole bunch of people because I saw a problem with what some of them were doing, which is exactly what you seem to be cautioning people about.

Nope. There was nothing. That goes for both of you.enegue wrote:Hi, Nubbles.
You said, "Intolerance of things people are partial to, as long as that partiality does not affect others, is a disagreeable thing to do in my opinion." and I guess your abreviation of this to, "intolerance of partiality to that which does not affect anyone is disagreeable.", means the same thing, but I like the first one better.
Can you now tell me what it was that Youngfool was partial to, that I was intolerant of?
