When people are shot to death, their 2nd-Amendment right is infringed.
Some time ago I sent this to a Federal judge in Washington, during a lawsuit by the NRA to prevent gun tax. I said I believed gun tax unconstitutional unless it was national, due to unfair burden by locality. He ruled the following day that Seattle had a much higher gun-violence rate than surrounding municipalities, and threw out the NRA lawsuit.
As a starter, then, do you think the judge was right?
Also, I have a question. This amendment was written by George Hamilton. I know he dropped out of college to be a soldier, and later paid to take the bar exam without finishing college. Im curious whether that would constitute a 'bribe' which has resulted in very stupidly worded Amendments.
Always glad to hear from you, I also manage a site on natural law here: https://www.yofiel.com/writing/social-contract
