I think the real question is how does it get started in the first place? There's no vaccine for it. It's spread from close contact and the only thing that can be done for the patient is to give fluids along with food and water to keep him alive (I've heard the survival rate is anywheres from 10% to 30%).Theophane wrote:How does Ebola stop on its own? Does it mutate into something harmless?

This is an update. The ebola disease outbreak in West Africa is said to be out of control according to a new report (I have no further details at this time).

Based on this, I'm sorry to say that Ebola will be a world problem: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world ... 79682.html
