Notifications

Hate to be picky, but this forum is doing a terrible job of notifying me about new posts on threads I participate in. I'm receiving notifications about "new" posts going back to Nov. and Oct. plus there are other threads with genuine new posts I'm not receiving notifications on.

I seem to have lost my will to participate on internet forums... can I be removed so I no longer receive any notifications?

What do you mean by notification?

Unsubscribing links from topics/forums are included in the notification emails.

I thought I was being straightforward, but I'll try again. I mean getting alerts by gmail about responses to threads I participate in. Some take over a month to receive. Also when I post a response to my threads, sometimes I'll get an alert when I don't need it. It's getting ridiculous.
