Is there any chance, that I can stop getting these notifications?

Re: Notifications in email.
You can set whether that box is checked by default or not in the User Control Panel, under the Board Preferences tab. Click 'Edit posting defaults' and then change 'Notify me upon replies by default:' to yes or no. Make sure to hit submit. No matter what you set there, you can then still override it for any given post as explained in the preceding paragraph.
Any time you are sent one of the notifications to a topic you are subscribed to, there should be a unsubscribe link in that email message.
You can also go to the User Control Panel, and click on 'Manage Subscriptions' on the overview tab. From there you can see and remove your subscriptions as you wish.
