Hello. I posted a thread maybe past week, it doesn't appear, and I didn't get any e-mail or private message saying why.
I would like to know more about the process:
When a post is in the queue waiting for a moderator, if a moderator see it and he doesn't like it, can he delete the post? (I mean, in other forums, posts need more than one moderator to be deleted or not).
Will I get any warning or short explanation (a couple of words, maybe saying "it breaks rule 3") if a post is deleted?
Maybe you should give an approximate number of days to approve one post, I know you can't know how long will it take, but it's very frustrating not knowing if your post have been approved.
About my post, I really can't see anything wrong with my post, but I know that I have some thoughts not very accepted.

Re: Questions about moderation
You should be sent an email notification when the post is approved or disapproved. It can take a while. I am looking for more volunteer moderators.

Re: Questions about moderation
Well, I'm volunteer, I can't send private messages yet, so I think I'm not going to be chosen, but I'm volunteer, I have to put it here XD.
Good:
I spend a lot of time in internet, nearly all day, I have to do it because I study using internet.
I've been in lot of forums and I know how they can work.
I can be impartial with posts that most of people would find... inhuman, and I don't pay any attention to my popularity.
Bad:
My English isn't very good. (But I think it's good enough)
I'm new here.
Don't need to answer here, I just have to say it XD.
