Philosophy Discussion Forums

The forum would be great if introduced like button for posts amd favoriting some members with out adding friend or make both available.

To the best of my knowledge the phpBB platform this forum does not include Likes and Dislikes as a standard function. I understand there are extensions that can achieve this but not sure how time intensive the installation and implementation would be. Some might argue that Like functions promote groupthink and responses that "play to the crowd" rather than being sincere explorations of a topic.
