Theoretically, yes Max. I saw those posts up for approval, and approved them. It's possible that the forum's algorithms are wonky (please pardon tech jargon). If so then, Scott, the site owner, is the one with the capacity, and he is so busy having a life that he's become something akin to the Scarlett Pimpernell. So old dopey here (ie. me) is holding the baby, with about as much clue of "child care" as a pot-addled pregnant teenager.
Re: your question, ontology is about what actually exists in reality, eg. Kant's noumena. By contrast, epistemology is about how we can perceive and understand those things (or not), and so it concerns that which affects the accuracy of our perceptions, such as our sensory and cognitive limitations and biases. I hope this helps in lieu of more academic types perhaps pitching in on the question.
If there is no joy with the approvals situation in the next few days I will see if that infernal Pimpernel can be tracked down :)
