Old threads should be discarded so the subjects can always be treated as new ones. The value of these threads is the participation in them, not what was said 6 months ago. More importantly, please keep irrelevant posts, like the ones above, out of the philosophical threads. Discussion about whether a thread or post breaks the forum rules or other similar discussion about the thread as opposed to discussion about the topic of the thread belongs in the off-topic section.
