Applied Philosophy Forum?
To keep it even more real there could be a rule of only using as an example something that has happened within a few days of the post being made.
This can also include philosophical reflections on current affairs (not necessarily politics).

Re: Applied Philosophy Forum?
Today I had an argument with my partner because I was going with the flow / living in the moment which resulted in anger at a situation being vented as I felt it, rather than bottled up or calmly reasoned out.
My partner was also living in the moment in her anger towards me.
Later on we managed to come to a good agreement about the subject we had argued on. This was a complex issue that we agreed to compromise on. I don't think that we would have reached a compromise so quickly, except that we had not been afraid, earlier on, to completely live in the moment and vent our anger as we felt it.
So this is an example of how 'living in the moment' can work. I have also observed this happening on other occasions.
Maybe this is a bit sloppily put, but you get the idea.
