The OP is an oxymoron. Troglodytes are not prone to doubt. It's the Dunning-Kruger effect - unaware people are not sufficiently aware to know how unaware they are as compared with others.

So, what are the doubts?

Similar to those who spend their lives believing what they are told by those who have bigger offices and better chairs and assume an air of authority.Oh,he works for NASA,the earth must be a blue marble whirling round at 666000mph instead of using the much more reliable apparatus of common sense.

Do you doubt whether world outside of your cave really exists? I can appreciate that. Maybe it doesn't?
