This site's porn like suggestive ads
FYI, I've recently come across ads of young beautiful women sucking on bananas with suggestive sub titles on this website, inside philosophy threads.
Personally, I do not wish to have my interest in philosophy associated with them.
I guess I can pay you and get the privilege of seeing fewer ads like this. Or I can just take my banana elsewhere.
It has reach the point where I am considering leaving this site because of this.

As a moderator you shouldn't be seeing ads generally anyway. I checked and I can see I never added Queue Mods to the Premium group. I have fixed it so you and the other Queue Mods won't see the ads. If you do, let me know.

It seems a small price to pay for free access to the site. If you find them too much of a distraction try having a cold shower before you go on line.Empiricist-Bruno wrote:Scott,

Yes, and don't forget that you aren't obliged to use Google as your search engine. If you care about your privacy, there are many more choices.Scott wrote:The ads are delivered by Google and are targeted. Google doesn't advertise porn, but it's possible they have some overly suggestive ads in there. However, they are targeted based on what Google thinks you are interested in. So maybe someone has been misusing your computer. Alternatively, if the ads are that bad, it's possible your browser has adware on it and they are hijacking that ads. I would suggest (1) clearing your browser cookies, cache, and history, (2) turning on 'do not track' options, (3) running malware removal software. Those things cannot hurt even if it is not the cause.

Good to hear it is resolved. I think that racism unfortunately will always exist, on all sides.Empiricist-Bruno wrote:Thanks Scott, the issue seems resolved. Thanks to the others for your helpful remarks. Do not suffer without openly complaining, you can be made happy. Go USA! Your problem can be fixed too. Keep whining, make racists fear again!

Should I watch more porn more often in order to get some x-rated ads? Advice please? Haha!
Is it okay to be prejudice towards racists? Should we make racists fearful or educate them? Or introduce them to mulitracial porn?

To get what you want, you should follow the advice of those who do get what they want when they want the same thing as you. If you follow my advice, you will end up unhappy in this case.Burning ghost wrote:I watch porn but I don't get any porn ads

Prejudice is at the heart of being a racist. Through your question, I get to suspect you may have a hard time identifying them. You can't educate racists when they take control of your country or can you?Is it okay to be prejudice towards racists? Should we make racists fearful or educate them? Or introduce them to mulitracial porn?
Be nice to your enemies, especially the narcissist ones. If you honesty think racists would benefit from being introduced to multiracial porn then go for it. Personally, I would not do such a thing.
A racist leader that sees millions in his own country raise up against him for weeks on end is a well loved leader, in my opinion. After he is sworn in, he'll be able to send in the tanks to stop the love so now sure is the time to give it to him.

I get the suspicion from this post that you have certain dangerous ideological opinions. I would definitely not try to violently attack racists, as the effect might be the opposite of what you want to accomplish and even make it worse. A real racist which regards blacks as chimps is intellectually not capable to be educated. If you want to make them useful maybe get them in the army and send them out to a dangerous country until they get killed for something which they want to fight for like countering orthodox islam...Burning ghost wrote:I watch porn but I don't get any porn ads

I will respond to this, but we are getting off-topic, so it might be better to not continue this here, or do it in a different topic.Empiricist-Bruno wrote:To get what you want, you should follow the advice of those who do get what they want when they want the same thing as you. I agree with your post, a racist usually formed his opinion out of a lack of love or too much negative experiences with people from a different colour. The only solution is helping them and show them that despite their negative experiences, not all blacks want to attack them violently etc. and that there are genuinely nice people from all races. Same for BP members not wanting to talk with whites, doing something nice for others, despite race, even for racists, might be a cure for expressed racism, we are all subconsciously racist, but we can get over these feelings with positive experiences.
