If we take "belief" as a linguistic code for an aggregate of excitatory action potentials in the brain then it appears as if some scientists "operate using belief systems". And further it appears as if the belief system applied is some kind of 'naive realism' in most cases. But actually these appearances are only an artefact of the hearer's or reader's brain processing the linguistic signs or sounds of the scientist because the scientist's brain state while speaking or writing isn't evident at all.SteveKlinko wrote: ↑May 9th, 2022, 8:05 am ... Nobody knows anything about Consciousness. Science has Zero Explanation for Consciousness, but many Scientists claim that the problem of Consciousness is solved.

That looks a lot like showing emotionalism and revealing a hidden frustration with your inability to address the statements in any coherent way.SteveKlinko wrote: ↑May 6th, 2022, 11:39 am They seem to show an emotionalism in their replies that reveals a hidden frustration with their inability to address the statements in any coherent way.
