Kafka's Trial: discussion
What other parallels can we draw with the lead character and Kafka's own struggle to go unnoticed?
It is well known he didn't publish his work whilst alive, what does that say about it and about him?

Last bump the abandoned. Clearly no one is interested in Kafka or discussing his work.
I know most people ignore everything new posters say because they are too involved in whatever other conversation they might chalk up to a win on your win board to care. But honestly you shouldn't you should read new posters comments with more interest than any other, because otherwise you will lose posters because they will think no one is interested in anything they have to say. And no I'm not so ronery I care about people ignoring almost all my threads, I am annoyed because this is probably standard.
You want a thriving community and not just 1 posters you read and reply to the new guys. You don't have to reply to anything I say, I couldn't give a ****. But you do have to reply on aggregate.
Honestly most forumites are dull unreflective and useless these days, they don't want a community what they want is a herd.

I resent the implication that everything I post is an alcohol infused nonsense.
Mind you that said, I am starting on the Rum&cokes tonight but usually stop posting before I get wasted. That said though, address the topic not the poster, you know the rules.
I am dyslexic, and am well aware I come off as incoherent at times, but afford me the courtesy of not judging me as drunk because I am not fluent in my own first language: English.
