Question 9 ~ Killing
This is a discussion question for the June 2016 Book of the Month, Justice by Scott Hughes.
Question 9 ~ Killing
Prosecutor Joseph Bronson is repeatedly described as trying to “kill” Marcus Malley. However, he does this so-called “killing” by using his veteran skills as a prosecutor to get Marcus convicted and legally sentenced to death. How does Joseph “killing” Marcus compare and contrast to a husband killing his spouse? Is one just and the other not? Why or why not?
