Well, I disagree. I strong believe "it takes 10 years, to live one best year". So instead of a day, I would go for at least one year.

Beautifully written. In this era, with so much disturbance all around, it is truly difficult to have peace of mind. A single day of peace is far better than a thousand days of internal conflict and discontent.

Yes. No matter what way "Find peace". True peace that surpasses human understanding is ultimate.
Peace brings understanding. We cannot live without inner peace. Though it is costly to find.
As a mentor a day of total inner peace cannot be quoted with a thousand years without. Living happy is beneficial
