My entire political philosophy summed up in one tweet.

"The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master."

I believe spiritual freedom (a.k.a. self-discipline) manifests as bravery, confidence, grace, honesty, love, and inner peace.

Book of the month.

I think Nozick's book would be an excellent choice. I read some of it in college.

Sorel's book is a masterpiece for understanding how mass movements in history operate -- and it combines mass psychology with a firm demand that the individual matters, that the individual is important. A great slap-in-the-face to liberal democracy and state socialism alike, Georges Sorel's work defines my own view of the world and is sure to enrich others.
