(The way we use) law is unjust!

It seems like you're invoking "justice" as if different people didn't have different ideas as to what counts as it, and as if it weren't only those ideas.

Interesting. I seem to spend most of my working life these days doing Fagan inspections of software documents but had never actually heard of that term until you mentioned it. Even then, until I clicked on the link I thought it might be something to do with picking a pocket or two.

I suppose Fagin's fingerless gloves are simultaneously relevant to climate change and antisemitic stereotypes. (Cold Victorian London winters and the need to have a sense of touch while counting money.)

I'm surprised. The training I was given made a big fuss about the phantom inspector, because of the things that she can do, that the individuals of the team cannot do (on their own). Without the phantom inspector, I don't think the effort in a Fagan Inspection - and there is quite a lot of effort - can be justified. One inspection takes around one man-week of effort, if done properly. The results need to justify the investment, in business. As you know, of course!
