No, I'm trying to refute or oppose the notion that freedom cannot exist without the power to enforce itself. I'm trying to deny any direct link between freedom and power.
On freedom and power, please read from Merriam-Webster:

FREEDOM, LIBERTY, LICENSE mean the power or condition of acting without compulsion.
It seems to me that power, as it is used in your quote, means "ability". I don't see it meaning the power to dominate others and thereby force your 'freedom' onto the universe. 🤔

Please exercise due diligence to understand what power and freedom mean in Merriam-Webster, in Dictionary.com, and so on. Please quote from any if appropriate. Forced onto the universe? Relax. It can never be done.
