It is human nature to recount the past and think of million ways we could have handled things in a better way.

For me,it suggests acknowledging that what has happened in the past cannot be changed. No matter how many times we revisit it in our minds or imagine alternate scenarios, the events will remain unchanged. This acceptance can lead to inner peace and liberation from regrets or fantasies about altering the past.

Yes , when you let go, you will then be able to give your 100 percent. when you do not let o, you will never go forward. you will be stagnant

We love to imagine what would have happened if things were different in the past, but we fail to realize that those "what ifs" are impossible. So while we love to imagine changing our past, we don't actually have the ability to do so. However, I think there is value in reflecting on the past, as long as we do it in a way that is constructive and focused on learning and growth, rather than dwelling in regret.

We should accept the past, and find peace by letting go of the illusion that it could have been any different. 'Could have' is misery inducing. We should not crave for things that are not in our control and the past that is unchangeable.

When I was a little younger, I always worried about how things happened in my life and basically cried almost about everything. However, after a few years, I realised that what had happened in the past led me to something better so I started letting go and accepting things the way they were and currently, I have so much peace because of this.
