I have inner peace because I shamelessly know I do only what I want to do, and I don't ever do what I don't want to do.

This nakes a lot of sense. Peace comes from contentment. One has to be content in him/herself to be able to achieve inner peace.

This is absolutely true. The less you care about what others think the more comfortable one becomes. Many people today act according to people's opinion which has turned out bad for them. Believe you are right and see yourself live happily forever.

I think I understand what you're getting at here. It comes down to owning our choices, too. We make choices every day; some are excellent, and some could be better, but we made that choice, so we have to accept it and make peace with it. I think learning from mistakes is also required here. If you keep making the same poor choices over and over again, then you're not improving.

I'm also learning that you can make choices that make you happy by saying 'no' to the things that don't. I think self-happiness is important here. Is saying 'yes' to make another person happy but you miserable the best choice? Probably not.
