Your left is not the left. There is no "the left". Likewise, there is no "the past" or "the future". Time is not real.

Your left is not the left.
There is no "the left".
I agree, and those are good points.mrlefty0706 wrote: ↑March 20th, 2023, 10:32 pm I am glad you drew the distinction between the dictionary definition of left and there not being a left. Since the universe continues to expand in all directions, I agree there is no left or a right. People on Earth created left and right thousands of years ago and we used these definitions. Philosophers are not held to these definitions.

It's worth noting that there is even more reason that there is no "the left". It's not just that it's a construct, which you it is, and you are wise to point that you.
It's also that even between humans it's relativistic. There infinite lefts, no single the left. Your left is not my left. A cupcake might be on your left but on my right. A cupcake might be on my left, but be directly in front of you, not to your left or right. To someone looking at the moon from outer space, the entire Earth and everything on it might be to their left.
For more on my premise that 'there is no left', please see these other topic of mine as well:
- Objective leftness and rightness do not exist.

Thank you for your reply!

The above sentence seems to be a contradiction to me.Covenant Olusegun wrote: ↑March 22nd, 2023, 12:14 pm We can't say that because the universe is timeless; there is no time.
As I use the terms, timeless = no time.
In the same sense, fearless would mean no fear.
And endless would mean no end.
Thank you,
