You ruin yourself when hate is in your heart. Even though the target of your hatred may not even be aware of it, the hatred you harbor within of you eventually kills you. The more hatred you harbor, the more tranquility you lose within.

Hate is irresistible emotion. In my view, seeds of hate are grown in heart of person through comparison, hurting sentiments, betrayal etc. We ca'nt stop to have hate, no matter what.

I agree with this sentence; hence, I always try not to overthink or hold on to anger for long as it can have a huge impact on our social and mental well-being.

Hate is what creates our hell. By letting hate fill our heart we sentence ourselves to hell. So I agree that we must not let hate permeate our hearts.

Inner peace, on the other hand, is heaven. It makes us creative, content and happy. And when someone is truly happy, they can't help but spread it. Thank you for such an valuable lesson.

I appreciate this sentiment. I have always thought that people who are miserable treat other with hate. Perhaps hate is what makes them miserable! I work everyday to treat those around me with love, compassion, and patience. But it’s HARD! However, I believe hate breeds hate, and I seek inner peace, so try on!!

Hate is accompanied with a lot of evil thoughts. Hate hinders us from seeing the light in people. It is a deadly vice suffered by most people in today's world. This is why to trust someone is a very hard thing to do nowadays.

I think to hate is to also kill. Hate make people do things that are very evil and brutal. Once you hate someone, you already killed that person in your heart. Which means that you can never believe anything good will come out from the person.

I agree with your points. If someone wants to save the world aggressively by using their own principles that may not apply to others or benefit others (not their personal thinking of how others benefit looks like, but what the victims feel), that person surely has deep-rooted misery and lacks spiritual freedom and inner peace.

Hating someone to a point where it consumes you and it's all you think about does sound like hell. It doesn't do anyone good and disrupts one from finding peace. Some people can't help it and the hate may come from a lot of pain that they can't deal with but at some point, they must let go of it so that they can heal and find peace.
