This is a great list. I have read just two books from this list. Now I have more books I have to read. This is exciting.

Every hurdle, every setback, every moment where you'd expect a sob story, Jorge throws down the gauntlet. He calls these moments "burn zones" – intense stretches that push you to your limits, but ultimately make you stronger.

I especially like fiction books, so I HAVE to read them whether they're based on genuine events or true stories in general. Thank you so much for the recommendations! For this reason, I believe I will immediately add The Sword Swallower and a Chico Kid to my TBR list! (To be honest, I'm adding them all, but that one will go on top of the list.

I've read Natural Anxiety and Stress Relief: A Useful Guide. It is jam-packed with incredible techniques to promote wellbeing and ease tension and anxiety. Right now, I'm reading Relentless. I already adore it.

How do I sign up for the mentoring program? I have read several books on the list, including In It Together and The Unfakeable Code, and enjoyed them thoroughly while learning a lot.

Eckhart Aurelius Hughes wrote: May 6th, 2023, 4:14 pm If you have signed up for my mentoring program, it is only required that you read (or listen to) three books in the first 100 day period, and technically they don't have to even be from this specific list.

So it is not required that you read all of the following books, especially not in any specific timeframe, but I do highly recommend that you add them all to your to-read list anyway.

Many of them are available as audiobooks, so you can easily listen to them while laying in bed at night before you fall asleep, or while working our in the gym, or driving. (Tip, for those book currently unavailable in audiobook, there's a good chance I'll be hiring talent to get paid well to record the audiobook version, so that's all the more reason to read it!)

The Unfakeable Code®: Take Back Control, Lead Authentically and Live Freely on Your Terms

Fireproof Happiness: Extinguishing Anxiety & Igniting Hope
by Dr. Randy Ross

The Smartest Person in the Room: The Root Cause and New Solution for Cybersecurity
by Christian Espinosa
Christian Espinosa is the incredibly successful founder and CEO of Blue Goat Cyber, an organization designed to combat cybercrime through technical prowess and emotional intelligence.

Burn Zones: Playing Life's Bad Hands
by Jorge P. Newbery
Jorge P. Newbery is a self-made millionaire who went from rags to riches, and then back to rags, then back to riches. In this book you can learn from both his successes and failures on his educational and incredible up and down journey to success.

The Sword Swallower and a Chico Kid (Fiction Book!)
by Gary Robinson
This is a great choice for those who love fun fiction books. I include it because it's based loosely on real events and the methods used to become a sword swallower (explained in detail in the book) can be used to achieve all sorts of similarly incredible goals and feats. It shows the power of all sorts of values and habits such as perseverance and progressive overload.

There's a Rooster in My Bathroom!: A Quest for Meaning in the Bathroom, the Boardroom and Beyond
by Trish Ostroski

The Unbound Soul: A Visionary Guide to Spiritual Transformation and Enlightenment
by Richard L. Haight
Available to read free with Kindle Unlimited.

And Then I Met Margaret: Stories of Ordinary Gurus I've Met
by Rob White

Beyond the Golden Door: Seeing the American Dream Through an Immigrant's Eyes
by Ali Master | Available in print, ebook ,and audiobook!

For the Indebted Mentee

If you are in debt, then this a must-read for you: Debt Cleanse: How To Settle Your Unaffordable Debts for Pennies on the Dollar (And Not Pay Some At All)
by Jorge P. Newbery

For the Spanish Mentee

If you speak Spanish, then the best book I can recommend to you is Zonas de quema: Cómo jugar las malas manos de la vida by Jorge P. Newbery. I read the English version ("Burn Zones") years ago, and it was one of the most helpful books I have ever read in my life. I definitely don't think I'd be as successful as I am if I hadn't read it. Jorge P. Newbery is one of my role models, and I still follow him closely on social media even now to this day.

I have read a handful of this books and I vividly remember reading Burning Zones when I lost everything and how it seemed like the author was just speaking to me
