A Humans-Only Philosophy Club

The Philosophy Forums at OnlinePhilosophyClub.com aim to be an oasis of intelligent in-depth civil debate and discussion. Topics discussed extend far beyond philosophy and philosophers. What makes us a philosophy forum is more about our approach to the discussions than what subject is being debated. Common topics include but are absolutely not limited to neuroscience, psychology, sociology, cosmology, religion, political theory, ethics, and so much more.

This is a humans-only philosophy club. We strictly prohibit bots and AIs from joining.

Hi, Scott,

Thank you for this list of ideas. I would be interested in the section 'OnlineBookClub clones'. I could manage a German or Finnish version of OnlineBookClub or a Christian Book Club (in English).

These interest me for the following reasons:
- I think the whole concept you have created for OnlineBookClub is genius.
- I have experience working with Christian books and authors (I have worked for a publishing company in that field for 15 years before).
- I currently live in a German-speaking area of Europe and can speak/write level C1 German. The downside is that it still requires much work to perfect my German language skills.
- I am a native Finnish-speaker.

I would also like to add that my first loves in the field of literature are historical fiction and memoirs, so if my knowledge of these fields can be used somewhere, I am open to ideas.

Best Wishes,
Kirsi

Hi Scott,
First, thanks for so many business and job opportunities.

I would definitely love to help with the Christian Book Club. I'm not tech savvy but definitely a self-starter. I know both English and Spanish.

I'm on day 273 in the Mentoring Program as of today April 4, 2024.

Will be looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Moises

These ideas are really awesome. I am interested in the Global Online Peer-to-Peer Payments Processor. I have experienced many payment issues regarding PayPal and other payment apps so I know firsthand what improvements affected countries would appreciate. I may not have the expertise to program an app but I know what people need. I am currently on Day 43 in your mentorship program.

Hi Scott,

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible opportunities you have presented to us. Your guidance and mentorship have been invaluable, and I am genuinely excited about the prospect of contributing to the projects you have outlined.

After careful consideration, I would like to convey my keen interest in the following projects:

1. In It Together: Condensed and Simplified Version (First Priority)
I am particularly enthusiastic about the opportunity to re-write "In It Together" in a more concise and simplified format. Given that the official book is 200 pages, I believe creating a summary version of approximately 40 pages would be an ideal way to make the content more accessible to a wider audience. I would be honored to be part of this project and contribute my skills to create a compelling and engaging condensed version.

2. Mobile App Development
With my background as a backend developer and accessibility tester, I am confident that I can make valuable contributions to the Mobile App Development project. I am eager to apply my technical expertise and ensure that the app is not only functionally robust but also accessible to all users.

3. Book Translation Company
Having a strong background in both French and Spanish languages, I am well-equipped to contribute to the Book Translation Company project. I am excited about the prospect of leveraging my language skills to help expand the reach of literary works to a broader international audience.

4. Website Creation & Design Company
As a backend developer, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to be involved in the Website Creation & Design Company project. I am confident that my technical skills and experience will enable me to contribute to the development of high-quality and user-friendly websites.

5. Mobile App Reviews & Promotion
Drawing from my recent and invaluable experience gained at OnlineBookClub.org, as well as my background as a backend developer and accessibility tester, I am well-positioned to contribute to the Mobile App Reviews & Promotion project as a reviewer. I am excited about the prospect of leveraging my skills and expertise to provide insightful and constructive reviews that will help promote and improve mobile applications.

6. Website Reviews & Promotion
Similarly, with my experience at OnlineBookClub.org and my background as a backend developer and accessibility tester, I am confident that I can make valuable contributions to the Website Reviews & Promotion project. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive and constructive reviews that will help enhance the visibility and usability of websites.

7. Become a Bestselling Author Guaranteed
I am also interested in being part of the "Become a Bestselling Author Guaranteed" project. The opportunity to contribute to the creation of a comprehensive A-Z guide to writing, publishing, and selling books is genuinely exciting, and I am confident that my skills and passion for writing will enable me to make valuable contributions to this project.

As I mark my 33rd day in your mentoring program, I am filled with gratitude for the knowledge and guidance you have provided. I am eager to continue learning and growing under your mentorship, and I look forward to the possibility of being considered for the projects I have expressed interest in.

Thank you once again for this incredible opportunity.

Swimmingly,💖

All these are great ideas. Specifically, I will like to be part of any of the onlinebookclub clones, especially, the music, poetry, website reviews, poetry, christian books and mobile app reviews site. I love music, love to know more about poetry, love to challenge my christian knowledge.

Hi Scott, there are a few projects I would love to work on. I don't have funding to start anything or even partner on something, but I have lots of enthusiasm (and other skills and traits but this is not a job interview or CV.)

Audiobook Creation/Recording Company is something that immediately excited me. My first thought was to create an audiobook from a travel journal or other book spanning several interesting locations. I have often Googled locations mentioned that I was unfamiliar with and from reviews I've read, other people do the same or complain about a lack of visual material. It requires a lot more thought and research but it's an exhilarating idea.

I'm also interested in the World Hunger & Poverty Project, and the Defense and Violence Prevention Project. These are topics close to my heart and major problems in my country. More than 50% of the people in South Africa rely on some form of Social Security, and the assistance is far from adequate to enable an individual to take care of himself, never mind a family. There are no good programs to assist people in improving their circumstances. Rape, armed robbery, and other violent crimes are common. I feel the same passion for people worldwide who endure similar circumstances.

Lastly, a Christian Book Club will serve my passion to share Christianity and make it easily accessible. There is much thought-provoking material in novels based on the Bible. I speak or write this based on personal experience.

Thank you for sharing the opportunities!

Hi Scott,
I would like to be considered for the Book Cover Creation Company. I am fairly artistic, as I have been painting and drawing all of my life. I also got into creating brochures on the computer when I managed a real estate company and I created my own brochures for my own company, Shirley Ann's Dolls. I am on my 35th day of the mentoring program.

Hi, Scott,

Thank you so much for this comprehensive list of business ideas! All of them sound amazing.

I am a bibliophile and a music lover. Hence, I would be very grateful to get a managerial position in either of the following options:-
- Book Publishing Company
- Audiobook Social Club
- OnlinePhilosophyClub
- Online Poetry Social Club
- Online Music Lovers Social Club

This opportunity could not come at a better time, really.
Again, thank you!

Thank you for this amazing list and very generous offer!

If I had more time, there are several that I would like to be considered for. The Spanish related ones and the In It Together: Condensed and Simplified Version would be amazing.

Unfortunately, as much as I would like to commit more, not sure if the timing is right for me. I might need to wait until my kiddos are in school full-time. Of course by then, things will look a lot different.

Thank you for the wonderful opportunity! Maybe one day I can partake more.
