It's true, happiness always accompanies you, you don't have to look for it because it's always there.

Every day, I see and hear people who mentally condition themselves to such insignificant things, without knowing that they are creating mental barriers, and for which they never have true relief. For example: If I get X thing I will be happy, if I get such a thing I will be happy, when I get Issues that should not be a barrier, nor something important to be conditioned in such a way.
