Be happy in the moment; the now is forever, and the future is just a thought. Enjoy the journey always.

Yep, what we focus on shapes how we see things. Being grateful helps us find tons of stuff to be happy about.

That's a beautiful perspective on happiness as we often overlook the importance of finding contentment in the journey of life and constantly chasing future goals

"Be happy now because the now (i.e. subjective conscious presence) is eternal." This has settled procrastination for me. It is not just about being happy, it is also about taking immediate actions for things that require a response rather than putting it off for a future that we are not even sure exists. Forget about tomorrow, it can take care of itself. Now is the real deal; today is a priceless jewel.

By emphasizing the joy in seeking and the ongoing journey, individuals may cultivate a more sustainable and resilient form of happiness. It encourages an appreciation for the learning and growth that occurs along the way, fostering a positive and content mindset.

We tend to overlook everything that should make us happy. When we look through other people's lenses and see what they have to go through to get what we have. You'll have no option than be happy.

I feel this emphasizes the importance of finding happiness and contentment in the present moment, as it is the only aspect of existence that is truly experienced.

It suggests that happiness is not a destination but rather a continuous journey of growth and appreciation.

Life is without its obstacles so I believe that we should try and be happy in every situation we see ourselves in. Seeking for happiness can lead one to unsatisfactory level of happiness.

When it comes to happiness, time shouldn't be considered. Every moment counts! Happiness is self induced and self managed. Be happy now!

Absolutely, it's a profound insight. Many people believe that they'll find happiness once they achieve certain goals or milestones, such as landing a job, buying a house, or finding a relationship. However, upon reaching these milestones, they often discover that true happiness isn't found externally. Instead, it's an internal state that must be cultivated and appreciated in the present moment. It's crucial to find joy and fulfillment in the journey toward these milestones, rather than solely relying on the attainment of them for happiness. This perspective emphasizes the importance of embracing and cherishing the present moment as a source of happiness and contentment.

It is true because the only times I have ever been truly happy in my life, I was not actively pursuing it. Nowadays, I just enjoy the moment, and I find myself happier and more content than when I overthink things.
