We should aim for productive laziness, self-determined stubbornness, eagerness to give and receive honest constructive criticism, radical honesty with ourselves and others, knowing what we would die for, and behaving accordingly, knowing what's more valuable to us than money, not being a spiritual slave, valuing the free-spirited inner peace above all else, transcending our addiction to comfort. Very ideal and worth imbibing words!

Reading the whole post, It sounded unbelievably utopical.

But then, I realised from the whole post that we have the ability/power of the choices we make, who we choose to be, and what we make of our ives.

That bit about 'Productive Laziness' is clearly oxymoronic, and I'm not sure I understand it too well.

My best part of the post is where you listed the things you look out for people you bring to your circle. The list has given me tools to use as I work on myself and my relationships. If at the end of the day, I get what I want (that is what I choose), I choose to choose the right values to guide my life and help me achieve my life goals.

I absolutely love all of what I read. I agree that we can make this life exactly what we want. It is our choice whether we live in a hell on earth or heaven on earth. Everybody is a product of their choices circumstances and outlook. We can better our circumstances just by changing our habits and outlook for the better.

Well, a good number of us love money. I think it would be better if we advised each other to look for money in healthy ways that won't lead us into misery. Again being with money lovers, according to me, would push you to work harder, not with a negative motive, but for a better life.

That part of being a spiritual slave is something I should comment on. I feel like most people are so stuck up on religion that they spend countless hours praying and waiting for results instead of actually going out there to Di the work. Asking for God's help and guidance is necessary, but while doing so, also put in the work instead if waiting for the so called miracle to happen with any effort.

They are not following God's word. He provides the opportunity but by not putting the effort into following it, they have made themselves disregard what is provided, There is a story about a person stuck on a roof during a flood. 3 times a boat came by and asked the person to get in. He declared that "God will save me." He drowns and asks God why he didn't save him. God said he sent help three times, but you turned it away," Miracles that they are seeking are likely possible, but they are not seeking them actively.
Religion is a man made construct. Having faith and trust that God will provide you a path to guide your way is completely different.

I am stubborn, but I have a question about the rest. What if being productivity makes you happy? For me, if I am not doing something that requires me to think, then I feel like I have no purpose. Can you help me figure out if that is something good or bad? Like reading, I can immerse myself into a story and read two to three books a day. Other people think I am not being productive; though I think it is because they don't like to read. I refuse to change what I am doing because it makes me feel as though I am able to travel places without worrying about relying on a mechanical mode of transportation that is unreliable that could break down. Is it me just staying in my comfort zone?

I think people who disagree with advise or just shrugs it off and thinks it would be better for other people, like their spouse or kids, is because they are in denial and they advise you're giving them is touching a sensitive spot for them. Hopefully everyone gets to a better place in their lives, because I do think your advise and tips are very helpful.
