In plain, direct literal language, my meaning is twofold.
Firstly, I think 'all cave and no Plato' is funny.

Secondfold, I mean to suggest this argument is an example of modern philosophy constructing the cave for itself, and hiding there from anything real.
I have previously referred to this phenomenon as 'obscurantism' - as opposed to 'clarricism.'
Ironic then, that you ask me to explain in plain direct literal language.
That aside:

Another, albeit ineffectual - assault upon objectivism. Another loop of chain to affix philosophy to the cave wall where anything the subjective mind constructs can be seen in the shadows dancing in the firelight; such that all is allowed and nothing is true!

In this, I see the literal death of the world, and absurdly, react to the nihilistic despair invoked with humour!

But mostly, it was the funny thing!
