[ I have stopped contributing to the book of the month anyway, as there seem to be extra constraints in force there, and I can't quite understand what they are. ]

I believe spiritual freedom (a.k.a. self-discipline) manifests as bravery, confidence, grace, honesty, love, and inner peace.

Thanks for replying. But what about my thoughts on the index page?
