I searched "Free Will" and got the message...

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: free will.

That search term would pull up every post that has the word "will" in it, which would be an insane about of posts. It would also pull up all the posts with the word "free" in it, again an insane posts. Very few of those would be about "free will".

I'd suggest instead searching for "freewill", which won't be too common and will pull up more relevant results.

However, I will replace the full internal search with a Google search instead, as Google's unique algorithm is able to rank results better and thus use a phrase like "free will" to pull up results actually about free will rather than posts that happen to contain the word will.

I can alternatively increase the limit for a word to be considered too common, but that will slow down searches, and won't really help because a too common search phrase will pull up results that aren't relevant (as is the case for searching for any posts that contain the word "will").

Can you make a search using quotation marks to combine two words as Google does?

I can and will add a Google search box so that you can easily search this website using Google and thus also using Google's sophisticated search tools and features.

I wish I had the skills and financial backing to make a search program that could hold a candle to Google, but unfortunately I cannot. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

You're doing a good job. Just a minor improvement needed once in a while.
Thanks!
