My field of interest is philosophy as thinking about being and reality in the context of psychology and psychotherapy.

Sounds interesting. I feel philosophy boils down to psychology and psychotherapy.
I really feel philosophy has to engage with the many points raised by freud, folk psychology and psychoanalytic therapists in order to be valid and of practical use.

Maybe I should add that I used the expression "psychology and psychotherapy" in a more casual way, i.e. not necessarily referring to the scientific disciplines but to the way life/being/existence is experienced by a subject.
I could have written also "My field of interest is philosophy as thinking about being and reality in the context of the qualitative experience effected by this 'thinking about'."
So the kind of philosophy I am interested in is a kind of 'way of life', maybe close to how philosophy has been conceived of in ancient Greece, especially in its hellenistic period. Since I am assuming a conditioning impact of thinking on the quality of experience (thoughts and perceptions and their accompanying feelings, emotions, stress, contentment, equanimity, etc.) I am naturally associating "psychology and psychotherapy" and open to integrate corresponding psychological scientific information into my conceptual philosophical approach.

I am Jack and I live in London. My interests are philosophy, psychology, art and creative writing, as well as alternative music. I am interested in many aspects of philosophy, including the philosophy of mind, metaphysics and the philosophy of religion. I spend a lot time reading and writing, and often feel that there are not enough hours in a day for all this. But, I do enjoy interacting with people in real life and online, and particularly like creative bohemians.
