Belinda Belindi now
Hello to everybody, hope to see you all soon, Belinda Belindi.
I have just bought Being and Time and cannot read it, so I am looking to glean help wherever possible.

My biggest issue with it is how the concept of Dasein is, for me, never clearly defined or represented with consistancy.
That said I did find many interesting points in the book that deal with the use and limits of language.
I found that if you just continue reading on when you don't understand and get the feel for the style of writing it helps. The recent attempt I made at rereading it left me stuck in the introduction. If you have the same problem and cannot work it out just soldier on.
There is the thread somewhere here that has sadly been abandoned. Maybe he'll be back and offer soem insight. He started reading BT after reading other critics of it. That is something I need to do too probably to grasp more fully what is important abiut dasein and what Heidegger was doing.
