Blauw bloed's Questions

Post by Blauw bloed »

http://onlinephilosophyclub.com/forums/ ... =egosearch

When I hit 'View your posts' I find threads I have even never opened nor read bacause the title already disgusts me.

So how do these dreaded threads end up in a list labeled 'View your posts?' Do you force threads on people?

Next I'm getting all these warnings, is their some counting system, about how many of these warnings will get me banned?

That link should show a list of topics in which you have posted. Can someone else please try and see if they encounter the same problem as I have not been able to reproduce it.

How many of the topics listed are ones in which you have NOT posted?

I keep a running total. There is no set number because it depends on the severity of the violations, the time between warnings and the percentage of rule-breaking posts compared to other posts. Rude off-topics, personal attacks and ad hominems are the worst violations, and I usually roughly follow a three strikes your out policy. First notifying a member that they have violated the forum rules, then if they post again giving them another notification, and then if they do it again I put their account on temporary probation meaning their posts will be held for moderation. If after making posts under moderation over a few different days they do not break any more rules, I will lift the temporary probation. Usually a person can only get banned on purpose by making no effort to follow the forum rules either by admitting it or by breaking the rules over and over while on temporary probation such that I find it waste of my time to review and disapprove their posts.

Anything but breaking the forum rules, assuming the rule-breaking posts are reported or I notice them on my own.
My entire political philosophy summed up in one tweet.

I have found one disgusting thread which I did never even open. There is some unjustness with your system, and I'm surprised you gave ma a warning for my PM response. I would expect that we as a free nation should at least be able to express ourself in a private PM freely, without getting busted for that.

I do not see a PM warning on your record. I suspect this was a misunderstanding. Do you have a copy of the PM for which you believe you were warned and/or a copy of the PM notifying you of the warning for a PM message?

Ifyou cannot produce a name, how can it be considered a personal attack?

If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Are you claiming the post didn't make a personal attack against another member? Do you think the post followed the forum rules?

If you would like to post our conversation, I suggest posting the entire thing:
Scott wrote:This is your fourth warning. More rule violations will lead to an account status change. The following post of yours has been deleted for containing a personal attack:

Thank god that idiot has stopped stalking me. I do not think these Asian countries sent the good looking women in the adds to European men, they keep the lovely porcelain princesses and export the ugly, bossy ones.
Blauw bloed wrote:So its clear to me you are going to unjustly drive me away from your forum. To whom is this supposed personal attack addressed to?

Those are warning for posts you make on the forum, not for PMs that you have sent. I only issue warning for PMs that are sent if the recipient of the PM reports it.

This seems to be the whole thing and only a demted person will find in this a reason for issuing a board warning. To have a crime you need to produce a victim? Who is the victim? Is he on this forum, is he in Holland, or Suriname?

So I guess you reported the PM I sent you to yourself because you responded with a borad warning.
Board warning issued

31 minutes ago From: Scott To: Blauw bloed

The following is a warning which has been issued to you by an administrator or moderator of this site.

This is a warning regarding the following post made by you: viewtopic.php?f=5&p=141913#p141913 . The following was deleted for clear violation of the forum rules:

Try google, please.
I told a person who asked 'what is the third estate' to try google, yet proceeded to answer his question, and you give me a warning for that. The explanantion in google, wiki, is much longer and much better then I ever could. So why does this merit a warning?

Nobody is accusing you of a crime. I am accusing you of breaking the forum rules.
Blauw bloed wrote:So I guess you reported the PM I sent you to yourself because you responded with a borad warning.
No, you don't have any warnings for PM messages you have sent. I'm not sure what made you think that. Perhaps it was the fact that a PM reply would have the same subject as the first message so that when you send me a message it would have the subject "RE: board warning issued" and when I reply it would still have that subject.
I told a person who asked 'what is the third estate' to try google, yet proceeded to answer his question, and you give me a warning for that. The explanantion in google, wiki, is much longer and much better then I ever could. So why does this merit a warning?
Because it's clearly prohibited by the forum rules.

If you make a post that violates the forum rules, the post will be edited or deleted and you will get a warning.

I do not accept your answers. It mighgt be that Scott is a group of moderators and one of you is attempting to answer for another who is hell bent on having me banned from this forum. The post where I say, please try google, has at least ten more lined where I answer the question as well. Your forum and its moderators are corrupted.

I have added the following today 21 may at 10.45 hrs.

This post has been shortened by Scott, as I asked if there are more persons, moderators acting under the name of 'Scott.' So if he did not answer my PM with a warning, some other 'Scott' might have and he can thrutfully say 'I did not.' So I'm being conned here on this super moral forum.

I have figured out 'Scott' are more then one person, so if you are answering me with 'I' it looks like you are conning me, because the person answering is not the person who sent me a warning in answer to a PM.

What you need to do right now is confirm SCOTT is more then one person.
